Cancellation Policy
Salon D'Avanti is dedicated to providing exceptional hair and beauty services to our valued clients. We kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation for basic appointments and a 36-hour notice for longer services, out of respect for our staff and other clients. This is to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients with the dedicated time each service requires. Please note that if you have multiple cancelations or last-minute cancellations for your next appointment, we kindly ask for a non-refundable credit card deposit for the next appointment to prevent last-minute cancellations. This deposit will be discounted upon your arrival. If you do not show, the 1st deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged again for a new appointment. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively.
