We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for basic appointments and a 36-hour notice for longer services to respect our staff and fellow clients. This allows us to provide each service with the attention it deserves. Please be aware if there are multiple cancellations or last-minute changes for your next appointment, we require a non-refundable credit card deposit to secure your booking, which will be deducted upon arrival. If you do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new charge will apply for a future appointment.
